I am one of those lucky people that can go out with my in-laws and my folks and have a really good time. We have done this on several occasions and it really makes life so much easier. I am also one of those people that truly enjoys being with my family and for that I am very blessed. For those of you that don't know, there are several NEW restaurants in St George and the Anasazi is one of them. You cook your own steak, fish or chicken on a 500 degree lava rock. It is a fun little theme restaurant. My fillet and scallops were delicious!Thanks DAD!
