Thatchers Treehouse started as a way to keep friends and family informed of Thatcher's open heart surgery, progress and struggles with Tetralogy of Fallot, a congenital heart defect, or CHD. We are happy to report that he is doing very well and will continue to post about his medical situations when they arise. Thanks for coming to the Treehouse!

Jack-O-Lantern's

We grew all of our own pumpkins this year. One was so big Dakota and Dallas shared it and put faces on two sides of it. It was VERY cool.
Thatcher actually got his pumpkin from the BIG RED BARN in Santa Quinn. Ryan carved his in the shape of his "chicks dig it" scar. It turned out pretty cool. I am so grateful to have a hands on dad for a husband. No matter how hard he is working, no matter how many jobs he has, he always makes sure he has the time for his boys. And thats what helps to make them awesome.

Love the guts.......blech.....

Pumpkin nose!

Mmmmm...Thatch actually thought his lid tasted good. I was glad I had the camera out because this picture is so funny. He took a bite...and then looked at it and kept munching on it and actually ended up eating it. What a cutie.

Maybe we should have used this face as a template for a happy Jack O Lantern.
