Thatcher turned 2 last month! Time has flown by...sort of. Almost a year ago today, after Thatcher's follow up sedated echo the doctor told us that he would need to have his valve replaced. Guess they were wrong. Although it wouldn't surprise me if he healed himself with sheer will. He is a strong minded, stubborn, tough TOUGH TOUGH little guy. He eats only what he wants to eat, doesn't sleep all that well at night, and wants HIS way, all day. He loves balloons, tractors, motorcycles, animals, babies (especially Kapree), playing in the mud, playing in the sand, running through the sprinklers, Cookie Monster, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc., and wrestling with his brothers. He frequently lands a right or left hook onto their faces and is very proud of his work. My "sick little heart baby" loves to RUN. He wants to run wherever we are. Every night before he gets ready for bed he does laps up and down the sidewalk in front of our house. He never stops going. He knows almost three dozen signs and has made up a few of his own. He loves music and will play the drums in his car seat as soon as hard rock is on the radio. He sings the chorus to "When I Grow Up" every time it is on.....(La la la...) it is hysterical. The other boys adore him and cant leave him alone most of the time. I am so grateful for this time I have with him. Love you Munchie!
Sawyer turned 6 last month! Arrrrrhhhhhhh! How did that happen? I feel like I have missed out on his last two years. He is such a joy. He is sweet, funny, friendly, smart and kind. He loves to play video games, pretend he is a soldier outside with his many artillery creations, play with his friends, ride his bike, ride the tandem bike with dad, going to the lake, playing in St George, exploring at the ranch, and he LOVES school. Every day for the last week he gets in the car and says, "Today was the best day of my life!" What a doll. He loves to make music on his piano and then mix it and record it to his "iPod". He loves his new video camera, he loves to do homework, and he is very helpful around the house. He already puts his own laundry away, sets the table, unloads the dishwasher, and can cook several items by himself. He is not a big fan of making his bed or cleaning his room, but he does it anyway when asked. He is so good with Thatch and they can play outside or in the playroom with each other for LONG periods of time. He is so much fun to have around and I love him dearly.

Happy Birthday big boy! Wishing you many happy birthdays to come. We go to the cardiologist tomorrow. Wish us luck. Roman has been a little blue looking lately. Hopefully, it is just my imaginations.
